Shippit endeavours to ensure a seamless transaction process when you book your orders. However, certain errors will occur when specific conditions are not met. One cause of this is when payment details are not valid. If this happens, it will cause an error that will prevent you from proceeding to manifest your order.

How to resolve the issue

This issue can be resolved by updating your payment details by following a few steps:

  1. Log in to your account

  2. Click the drop-down on the top right-hand side of the page and click “Billing Details”

  3. Then choose “Payment Details” and update your payment method with a valid form of payment.
