Returns Portal updates
The returns portal is now available to all merchants across Australia, New Zealand, and South-East Asia. If you are using Shopify or Magento, you can activate immediately. If you require a custom integration, you can use our custom API solution.
New features available in the returns portal include:
Ability to return items in-store
Choice of refund methods
Flexible return windows

Other updates
More carriers now available in carrier settings
You can now configure even more carriers, and turn them on and off, directly from the carrier settings page, after they have been enabled.

Barcode verification for Uber
Allow Uber drivers to scan consignments at pickup and dropoff.
