If someone in your organization has the Head Office User access, they can add you to the same access level.

 To add a new Head Office User, an existing Head Office User must:

  1. Login to Shippit
  2. Click on the downward arrow at the upper right of the screen
  3. Select Settings
  4. On the left, select User Management

If the person you want to give access to is not an existing user listed on the User Management page:

  • At the middle bottom of the page, click Add User
  • Type an email address
  • Tick on Head Office
  • Assign a default password
  • Click on Update

If the person you want to give access to is an existing user listed on the User Management page:

  • Locate the users' section
  • Untick the Manager box
  • Tick on Head Office
  • Click on Update

If no one in your organization currently has a Head Office User access, please reach out to your account manager or sales contact so they can set this up for you.
