Shippit supports SSO through our partnership with Auth0. If your organisation uses SAML or ADFS SSO credentials, you can use them to log in to your Shippit account.
Single sign-on (SSO) is an authentication method that allows you to use one set of credentials to log in to multiple applications. SSO can help to improve security by reducing the number of passwords that users have to remember, which can help to prevent password fatigue and phishing attacks. SSO also makes it easier and faster for users to log in.
Turn on SSO for your Shippit account
Before you can log in to your Shippit account using SSO, make sure you have created user accounts. When you have created the accounts, activate SSO by contacting your Shippit account manager, or contacting our support team, and provide these details:
Your company name
The email address associated with your Shippit account
Your company's SAML or ADFS metadata URL
⚠️ Important: Single sign-on is available on selected Shippit subscription plans. For more information, or to upgrade your subscription, contact your Shippit account manager, or contact our support team.
