Rules for delivery destination conditions

Use smart shipping rules to select which carriers should be selected for delivery to specific delivery destinations, such as postcode ranges, suburbs, or countries

Updated this week

Carrier costs and serviceability change based on where you ship to. Use smart delivery destination rules to automatically select or exclude carriers based on the recipient's postcode, suburb, or country. This is essential for controlling costs in high-zone areas or ensuring international orders route to the correct specialist carrier.

For example, you can create a rule to exclude a high-cost carrier if the delivery postcode falls outside your metro area, or you can allocate an order to an international specialist if the delivery country is not Australia.
