If you would prefer to use your own negotiated rates with Team Global Express (TGE), we can integrate your Team Global Express account into Shippit - see below.

We support BYO integration with both TGE IPEC and TGE Priority B2C services with the below service codes only:

What do I need to do to connect my own TGE account?

If you would prefer to use your own carrier account please email [email protected] with the below account information.

Once reviewed, our team will be in touch within 1-3 business days normally however account activation for BYO can take 1-3 weeks to complete.

  • Shippit Store Name - The name of your merchant account

  • TGE Account number - The billing account number given to you by Team Global Express

  • Dangerous Goods - Are you Shipping any dangerous goods? Y - N

Shipping Dangerous Goods

If you're shipping DG you'll need to have your products approved by TGE directly before integrating your account into Shippit.

You'll also need to be connected to Shippit via API sending us the DG information at an order level so that we can send this to the carrier upon booking.
