With one of the most extensive networks in Australia, Team Global Express's (TGE) Priority B2C service provides fast delivery nationwide, with click and collect options available from over 1,800 service hubs with extended open hours. TGE's Priority B2C Delivery is an ideal express solution for smaller goods. As TGE Priority B2C service requires a minimum pickup amount, in order to get started you will need a minimum of 10 packages per collection.

In addition, you can also tap into TGE's IPEC service with a BYO account, ideal for bulky and palletised freight.

✓ Surcharges. Charges that can be identified in your rate card will be included at the time of booking however additional surcharges may be applied by TGE for undeclared goods, or special goods. ✘ Complimentary carrier insurance is not automatically included when booking with TGE through Shippit unless you have pre-arranged rates inclusive of insurance.

You can enable Shippit Transit Protection to cover your orders for loss & damage.

All TGE services currently need to be configured by our Shippit team. Simply email [email protected] and we'll get you connected!

If you have your own BYO account to integrate, we'll need the below information to set up your account:

  • Shippit Store Name - The name of your merchant account

  • TGE Account number - The billing account number given to you by Team Global Express

  • Dangerous Goods - Are you Shipping any dangerous goods? Y - N

Shipping Dangerous Goods?

If you're shipping DG you'll need to have your products approved by TGE directly before Shippit can integrate your account.

Shippit configuration will be customised so you'll also need to be connected to Shippit via API sending us the DG information at an order level so that we can send this to the carrier upon booking.

Client shipping high volumes of goods may qualify for a pickup schedule, speak with our Shipping Team to review what your options are

Shipping bulky goods or pallets?

You'll need approval before shipping. Simply download and complete a Bulky Goods Request Form and return it to your Shippit representative or [email protected] and we'll get your shipping as quickly as possible!
