Shippit works seamlessly with Apparel21 (also known as AP21) to synchronise and fulfil orders. This article explains how to set up and configure Apparel21 for your unique workflow, and get the most out of Apparel21 and Shippit.
The Apparel21 integration supports:

Bringing your own carrier accounts, including Australia Post, Startrack, and DHL Express
You can also use your Apparel21 account in conjunction with your chosen ecommerce platform, such as Shopify or Adobe Commerce, to have Shippit power:
Live shipping quoted at checkout
Send fulfilment status and tracking information from Shippit to Apparel21
Customer-initiated returns
For more information, see the article for your preferred integration.
Set up your Apparel21 integration
To connect your Apparel21 account with Shippit, contact your Apparel21 account manager. They set up and manage the integration for you.
Your Apparel21 consultant requires some information from you to complete your integration with Shippit, this can include:
Carrier allocation codes for the carriers you want to use
Shippit environment API URLs
The Shippit environment API URLs are:
Staging environment:
https://app.staging.shippit.com/api/3/
Production environment:
https://app.shippit.com/api/3/
These environment URLs are also documented in the Shippit developer centre.
Shippit store API keys
You have a Shippit API key for each of your stores. These work as a unique identifier for each store, allowing you to authenticate each call against the Shippit APIs. This allows you to create orders, and perform labelling and manifesting for each individual store.
💡NOTE: If you have not already created a store in your Shippit account, get in touch with your Shippit account manager, or contact Shippit support.
Copying your API key
Open the drop down menu in the top right of your screen, and click Settings to open your profile.
Navigate to the Integrations section.
Your API key for the current store is shown in the API Secrets section.
Each store has its own unique API key. Use the drop down box at the top of the page to change store and see its unique API key.
For more information about retrieving your store API keys, see the find your API key article.
Carrier allocation codes
For each carrier that you want to access through your Shippit account, look up the carrier reference string for the appropriate carrier and service level. This information is available in the Shippit developer guide.
