You must have valid billing details on your account to be able to to book orders, integrate your eCommerce or warehouse platform, and to be able to generate a Shippit API key. This article shows you how you can update your billing details from your Shippit account.
Update billing details
You can update your billing details from your Shippit account.
Updating your payment details
Open the drop down menu in the top right of your screen, and click Billing Details to open your account payment information. You need to be logged in as a Merchant to access this screen.
In the Payment details section, update the credit card and contact details.
Click Update to save your payment details.
⚠️ Important: If you can't see the Billing Details screen, make sure that you are logged in as a Merchant. If you need help, contact Shippit support or get in touch with your Shippit project manager.
