Shippit Status Page
Updated over 6 months ago

This article is obsolete. Visit the Get help with the Shippit platform article for up to date information.

The Shippit status page displays the current health of our production systems including our APIs, the Shippit website and 3rd party services. It is the tool that we use to publish and report on incidents both ongoing and historical, as well as to provide information on scheduled maintenance.

With the Shippit status page, you can:

MONITOR CURRENT OUTAGES

On the rare occasion that a Shippit service suffers an outage, the status page will be updated to reflect the severity of the issue.

The severity of an incident will be denoted by the colour of the most recent update: red for major, orange for minor. Once an issue is resolved, the updates will return to green.

Each update includes the following information:

  • Current incident status

  • impacted components and their location

  • a timestamped description detailing the update
