Shippit across Australia, New Zealand, and South-East Asia supports direct call, email and chat based communication. Additionally, Shippit in South-East Asia offers limited WhatsApp support. Shippit does not provide any support, or communicate using Discord, Line, Telegram, or other social media platforms.

Shippit use a variety of email addresses to send communication from. Legitimate email addresses used by Shippit always end in one of the domains listed above.
