Find out who Shippit is, and why Shippit are sending you emails and text messages

Updated over a week ago

If you've received an email or text message from Shippit, that means that one of your online purchases can be tracked on our platform. You can use the information in those messages to track your package on its way to you. This article explains who Shippit is, and gives you some information about what you can do while you wait for your package to arrive.

About Shippit

Shippit is a service that online retailers can use to manage their shipping needs. When a retailer sends your order using the Shippit platform, we keep you in the loop as your order makes its way to you. That can be on email or text message, and you can also track your order on Apple devices using Apple Wallet.

Next steps

You don't need to do anything else at this point. When your parcel is out for delivery, you'll get another message from us, and then a final message after you have received your order asking you for feedback on the service you have received from Shippit.

If you want to find out where your order is at any time, you can use your consignment number to track your package. Your consignment number usually starts with PP, and you can find it on communications from the retailer, or on any recent communications you have received directly from the carrier.
