Shippit charges subscription fees on a monthly basis. In addition to your subscription, and depending on which plan you are subscribed to, you will also receive a delivery invoice, which includes booking fees for your orders, and any transit protection charges.

Current Shippit plans

These new plans and add-on packs were introduced in October 2024, and updated in August 2025. If you want to access additional features, or if you have any questions about inclusions, get in touch with your account manager, or Shippit support.

If you signed up for one of these plans, you might want to get in touch with your account manager, or Shippit support, to move on to one of the more modern plans, and get more bang for your buck

  • Tracking pack: this became the Experience pack in August 2025.
