Drivers do not usually call before delivery. Instead, you receive either emails or text messages from Shippit as your package moves through the delivery network. You usually receive a message when your parcel is picked up the carrier, another when it is due for delivery, and a final message when your parcel has been delivered.
When you receive an email or text message from Shippit, you can use the information in those messages to track your package on its way to you. You can also track your order on Apple devices using Apple Wallet.

If you want to find out where your order is at any time, you can use your consignment number to track your package. Your consignment number usually starts with PP, and you can find it on communications from the retailer, or on any recent communications you have received directly from the carrier.
