When your parcel is sent out for delivery by a carrier, you receive a notification from the seller with some information about the carrier. This notification usually includes a tracking number. You can track your parcel using the Shippit tracking page if you have the Shippit tracking number, which usually starts with PP, followed by random letters and numbers. If you have a different tracking number, though, use this article to find out how to get information on your delivery.

Getting more information about the carrier
When you receive your tracking notification, click on the tracking link to go to the Shippit tracking page. On this page, you might notice a banner stating which carrier is delivering your package, and a link to another tracking number, different to your Shippit tracking number.
If you have this banner, you can click on the tracking number to go to the tracking page for the carrier that has your parcel. If you need to follow up on the location of your package, or organise a redelivery, get in contact with the carrier directly using their contact form.
