These traffic conditions may affect courier pick-ups and deliveries across Auckland.

There are currently service delays of 1 working day in the following regions:

  • Tauranga

Check for delays in the affected suburbs due to unexpected events by visiting the Network Service Updates page.

Please note that significant roadworks are currently taking place near the entrance to the Christchurch depot.

The depot remains open and fully operational; however, customers are advised to access the site via Parkhouse Road and then turn onto Jipcho Road for easier entry.

Upcoming Public Holidays – Delivery Schedule

New U.S. Tariffs Effective 29 August 2025

Effective August 29, 2025, the U.S. Government has removed the $800 USD duty-free exemption for imports. This means all shipments to the USA will now incur duties and taxes, with most goods from New Zealand subject to a 15% tariff.

To comply, Aramex will hold all U.S.-bound shipments in Auckland until the applicable tariff is confirmed and approved. Customers can choose between DDP (sender pays upfront) or DDU/DAP (recipient pays on delivery, subject to a $12 USD ICOD fee).

Please ensure invoices include accurate values, clear product descriptions, and consignee identification to avoid delays. Aramex remains committed to supporting customers through these changes.
