Allied Express Network Update

12 December 2025 - Service disruptions and network update for Allied Express

Updated this week

Network is currently experiencing delivery delays due to high volumes following the Black Friday promotions and online sales. Expect delivery performance to return to normal by the third week of December.

Deliveries in the NSW South Coast and Newcastle regions are experiencing extended delays of up to one week. Affected areas include Wollongong, Nowra, Ulladulla, Batemans Bay, and the Southern Highlands to the south, as well as Newcastle and Tamworth to the north.

Similar delays are being experienced in Tasmania, with main centres seeing delays of 1–2 days and outer areas experiencing delays of 3–4 days. Anticipate a return to normal service by the third week of December.

Some deliveries may arrive in multiple stages, as items processed at different times are still in transit. Customers can expect these remaining items within 48–72 hours of the first delivery attempt.

Customers should check Christmas cut-off dates for timely deliveries, as they vary by location.

Please note that depot collections are not available.
