21 February 2025. Service disruptions and network updates for Allied Express

Updated yesterday

Please see the current delay/s to the Allied Express network as of the 21st of February 2025.

Current Events Across Australia

NSW—The Nowra agent is facing delays due to staff and driver shortages.

VIC—The previous Warrnambool agent has entered receivership, and a new agent took over on 14.02. Kindly allow enough time for the new agent to manage the backlog left by the previous agent.

WA—Flood advisories are in effect for the Warralong, Marble Bar and Nullagine areas, with road closures on Marble Bar Road and Great Northern Highway between Port Hedland and Broome, causing delays into Broome. Additionally, bushfire advisories for the Postans, Bindoon, Collie, Hoffman, Shannon, Boorara Brook, Northcliffe & Dalyup areas may affect deliveries.

QLD—Heavy rain and flooding are still affecting the North Queensland region. Access to Cairns fluctuates as conditions change, with the road currently open. However, due to damage to bridges and other infrastructure in the area, delays are expected to persist for several weeks as flooding recedes and roads are made safe.
