Allied Express Network Update

16 December 2025 - Service disruptions and network update for Allied Express

Updated today

Network is currently experiencing volume-related delivery delays following the Black Friday promotions and online sales activity. The company is working through these volumes and expects delivery performance to return to normal levels by the third week of December.

Deliveries in the NSW South Coast and Newcastle regions are experiencing extended delays of up to one week. Affected areas include Wollongong, Nowra, Ulladulla, Batemans Bay, Southern Highlands, Newcastle, and Tamworth.

In Tasmania, similar delays are being experienced, with main centres seeing 1–2 day delays and outer areas up to 3–4 days. Local agents are actively working to catch up, with normal delivery performance also expected by the third week of December.

Some deliveries may be incomplete as items received and processed at different times are still in transit. These items can be expected within 48–72 hours of the first delivery.

Customers should check Christmas cut-off dates for timely deliveries, as they vary by location.

Please note that depot collections are not available.
