    Your account must have valid billing details in order to book consignments, integrate your eCommerce platform and generate a Shippit API Key.

 

How do I add or update my billing details? 

 

In order to update your billing details, log into your Shippit account, click on the drop down arrow at the top right-hand corner of the screen, drill into Billing Details, enter your credit card details and click Update

Please note: A $1 charge may be added to your account once you have entered your details. This is a simple verification charge and will be refunded automatically.
