UPS is now available for US domestic shipments
Retailers with a US presence can now use UPS for flexible, fast, and reliable domestic shipping. UPS is a trusted, national carrier with strong express and ground capabilities, helping you improve fulfillent SLAs and customer experience.

To activate UPS on your account, email the Shippit configuration team with your UPS account details.
Improved CSV upload
You can now use CSV to upload parcel dimensions, product information, and international information for your orders.
You can now download a maximum of 10,000 orders in CSV format.

Other updates
Fluent Commerce updates
Real time tracking events can now be sent directly to integrated systems using the raw data webhook. Turn this feature on or off in your Fluent integration settings in your Shippit account.
We’ve improved how we handle recipient details, making sure that we’re accurately recording details in cases where the person placing the order is not the package recipient.

Australia Post updates:
You can now print ZPL compliant labels for eParcel On Demand. For more information about using Australia Post On Demand, see the Get to know Australia Post OnDemand article.
Australia Post has introduced the ability to accept required information from merchants using eParcel wine services to ensure they comply with Victorian alcohol shipping legislation. For more information, see the Shipping alcohol article.
You can now use the ‘Flat Rate Padded Mailer 5kg (Extra Small)’ parcel type with your MyPost Business account, for both Standard and Express services. Look in your package allocation settings for the new type. For information about MyPost Business, see the Get to know MyPost Business article.
Error message updates
From 15 August, our Quote API error messages are now much clearer and easier to understand. Instead of errors like
