Australia Post provides services to many Australians, and regularly visits over 12.7 million delivery points across the country offering more than just a postal service. Australia Post is renowned for its nationwide coverage and reliable network with several delivery options to meet the growing needs of customers and consumers.

Services available
With no eligibility criteria and parcel savings bands, Australia Post's MyPost Business account is a great option for smaller-volume senders, who do not qualify for an eParcel contract.
MyPost Business Parcel Post = Shippit standard service level
MyPost Business Express Post = Shippit express service level
MyPost Business has many different parcel types, so to make it easier, Shippit uses logic to automatically determine the correct parcel size based on the size and dimensions of your products. You can enter the package dimensions for your products when you create an order, or use custom package size presets to choose the right package automatically. Surcharges
Charges that can be identified at the time of booking are included in the API quote at the time of booking however additional surcharges may apply for undeclared goods or special goods. For more information, see the Carrier Surcharge Article.
Insurance
My Post Business allows you to apply cover to domestic orders up to $100 value for no additional cost. For more information about Australia Post cover, see the Extra Cover information on the Australia Post site.
Alternatively, you can enable Shippit Transit Protection to cover your orders for loss and damage.

Delivery options
You can choose to drop off your parcels at the post office or in a red post box, or you can arrange to have Australia Post pick up your orders. Set this preference in your MyPost Business account.
Package drop off
After you've booked the order, take your parcels to the post office, or drop them into a red post box. If you need to print labels, this can be done at the post office counter for you.
Package pick up
After you've booked the order, a request is sent to Australia Post for a pick up. MyPost Business arrive within the selected time slot that you set.
Make sure that you book all your MyPost Business orders for the day at once, to avoid additional pickup charges. If you have completed your batch for the day, and need to add another order, you can go to your Australia Post carrier your APMB Carrier Settings and update your settings to have Drop In. Now you can book your orders without worrying for a pickup and revert your settings for Pickup requests for the next day.
Dangerous goods
You can't ship dangerous goods with MyPost business. If you need to ship dangerous goods, consider using an Australia Post eParcel account, and make sure you obtain prior approval. For more information, see the Get to Know Australia Post article.
Activation
You can sign up for a free MyPost Business account with Australia Post, and connect it to your Shippit account directly.

Activating your MyPost Business account with Shippit
Log in to your Shippit account, and navigate to Settings → Carriers.
Locate MyPost Business Standard or MyPost Business Express in the list and click Get Started.
In the Merchant token field, click Authorize to connect your Australia Post account.
In the AusPost payment method field, select if you want to pay for your shipping with the credit card you have on file, or with your Australia Post account. If you choose to pay with your Australia Post account, make sure you select the correct account number.
In the How do you want to arrange the delivery field, choose to drop off your orders to a post office, or select a pick up option. For more information, see the delivery options section in this article.
Click Link account to save your details.
