Priority Service

Adelaide to various destinations experienced delays due to an aircraft being grounded for engineering issues, while inbound shipments to Adelaide were also delayed due to airline-related problems. Additionally, the Sydney to Brisbane transhipment faced delays throughout its rotation due to airline disruptions. All affected consignments are scheduled for delivery on Wednesday, 10.12.25.

Road Service

Several consignments across multiple routes are experiencing delays due to supplier, yard, and mechanical issues:

  • Sydney to Brisbane and Sydney to Wagga – B Double delayed due to supplier delays.

  • Sydney/Tamworth to Tamworth/Armidale/Moree – B Double delayed due to yard delays.

  • Melbourne to Adelaide – B Double delayed due to a mechanical breakdown.

  • Melbourne to Sydney – Tours delayed due to yard delays.

  • Brisbane to Sydney – Tours delayed due to yard delays and B Double delayed due to supplier issues.

  • Sydney to Gold Coast – Tour delayed due to a truck fire on the Pacific Highway at Nerang, NSW (non-FedEx incident).

All affected consignments are scheduled for delivery on Wednesday, 10.12.25.

Reminder: H.T.S. Code and MID Requirements for Shipments to the U.S.

FedEx reminds customers to provide 10-digit H.T.S. codes and Manufacturer’s Identification (MID) details when shipping to the United States, as required by U.S. customs for certain commodities such as textiles, garments, and FDA-regulated items.
