SMS for all delivery stages are activated by default. If you'd like to turn SMS notifications off altogether or for certain statuses, please reach out to [email protected].
Example notifications
Here are examples of what our SMS notifications look like, updated as of February 2022.
In transit
This notification is sent once the package is picked up from your location.
With driver
This notification is sent once the package is onboard with the delivery driver.
Delivery attempted
This notification is sent once a delivery attempt has been made and was unsuccessful.
Awaiting collection
This notification is sent once a delivery attempt has been made and the package has been dropped off at a collection point.
Partially completed
This notification is sent for orders with multiple packages and for when only some of the packages have been delivered.
