If someone in your organization has the Head Office User access, they can add you to the same access level.
To add a new Head Office User, an existing Head Office User must:
Login to Shippit
Click on the downward arrow at the upper right of the screen
Select Settings
On the left, select User Management
If the person you want to give access to is not an existing user listed on the User Management page:
At the middle bottom of the page, click Add User
Type an email address
Tick on Head Office
Assign a default password
Click on Update
For existing users, simply locate the user on this page, select the Head Office role and click on Update.
