Company User Management

The Company User Management section allows an existing Head Office User to add, modify, and delete users of stores and/or the company.

  • A Store in Shippit may represent physical stores or sales channels that process order fulfillment independently from other stores

  • A Company in Shippit may represent the head office or main brand under which several stores fall under.

  • A User may be granted access to stores or a company or both.

To access the Company User Management section, you need to:

  1. Login to Shippit

  2. Go to Settings > User Management

Adding a User

βœ‹ I'm a Head Office User and want to add a Store User

To add a Store User, simply:

  1. Go to the bottom of the User Management screen and click Add User

  2. In the new user box that will appear, type a valid email address and assign a default password

  3. Identify if you want the Store User to have access to both Order Processing and Settings

  4. Choose the Store/s that you want this user to have access to

  5. Click Update

Modifying a User

Modifying a user is a simple process that can be done if you:

  1. Locate the user's box in User Management

  2. Updating the relevant field or tick box

  3. Click Update

Deleting a User

You can delete a user if you simply:

  1. Locate the user's box in User Management

  2. Click on the red Remove hyperlink

  3. Click on Update
