Smart Routing International (SRI) allows you to easily ship orders to customers wherever they live. SRI is Shippit’s proprietary multi-carrier delivery service, which uses smart technology to seamlessly connect multiple logistics service partners (LSPs), and take the hassle out of international shipping.
You can use SRI to ship both delivery duty paid (DDP), and delivery duty unpaid (DDU). When you ship DDP using SRI, upfront quotes are calculated automatically, and are inclusive of all duties, taxes, and import fees. Pickup and collection
You can expect SRI to pick up goods within 72 hours from the time the order is booked for delivery in Shippit. SRI network partners pick up orders until 6:00 PM SGT, and the cut-off time in booking orders for next-day pick up is 4:00 PM SGT. This is subject to change without prior notice.
If you have high shipping volumes, we recommend that you arrange a regular pick-up schedule with SRI network partners. Get in touch with your Shippit Account Manager or contact Shippit support to arrange this.
You can cancel standard orders from your Shippit account, if it is showing a status of Booked for delivery. If you cancel an order after it is in transit, you are charged full price for the order. For more information about cancelling orders, see the Modify, cancel, or delete orders article.
If you need to rebook a pickup, contact Shippit support who can reach out to the carrier for you. You can rebook free of charge if the order was a failed pickup. You are charged for rebooking if the order was marked as a futile pickup by the carrier, meaning that the driver attempted to pick up the order, but was unable to.

Add SRI as a carrier
Shippit merchants based in Singapore and Malaysia can enable SRI in the Shippit app.

Log in to your Shippit account.
Open the drop down menu in the top right of your screen, and click Settings.
Click Carriers to go the carrier settings for your store.
Under International Delivery Services, find Smart Routing International, and toggle the switch on.
Shipping restrictions with SRI
SRI does not accept heavy and bulky freight, check the tables above to see the maximum dimensions for the region you are shipping to.
⚠️ Important: SRI does not provide complimentary insurance, so you are not automatically covered in the event of loss or damage. To protect the full retail value of your deliveries during transit, you can enable Shippit transit protection.
SRI does not accept shipping of alcohol, and some other goods. This table shows what goods are restricted on SRI services:
