Use them to determine whether you have chosen the right carrier mix, whether or not you're living up to the promises you make your customers, and work out who is buying from you and where.

Pick and pack speed reports
You can use the pick and pack speed reports to track how long orders are taking to be packed. The graphs in this report show how long orders spend in an unpacked state, in total, and by store. You can use this data to determine how efficient your warehouse operations are, and which stores are taking longer to pack orders.
This report includes two graphs and a table showing the number of hours all orders spend unpacked, a breakdown of the time spent unpacked as a percentage of total orders, and a table that lists the total hours of all unpacked orders by store.
Drill down in the pick and pack report to see more details. You can also right-click on graph elements and select Show all to see and download the individual orders that match your search criteria.
Total orders in hours spent as unpacked
This graph shows the total number of orders and how long they spent in an unpacked state. Use this graph to determine how long your orders are taking to be packed.
Click one of the bars to drill down into further information for the chosen state. For example, to see more information about the orders that have taken between 3 and 6 hours to be packed, click the >=3.0 and < 6.0 bar to update all the graphs in this section to show only orders that spent that long unpacked. You can now determine which orders took 3-6 hours to be packed, and use this information to adjust your warehouse operations. You can also right-click on a graph element and select Show all to see and download the individual orders that match your search criteria.
Percentage of orders in hours spent as unpacked
This graph shows the percentage breakdown of your orders into time spent as unpacked. Use this graph to determine what percentage of total orders are taking the longest time to be packed.
Click one of the segments to drill down into further information for the chosen time bracket. For example, to see more information about the number of orders that spent over 48 hours as unpacked, click the >=48.0 segment to update all the graphs in this section to show only orders that spent more than 48 hours unpacked. You can now determine what percentage of your orders are taking a long time to be packed, and use this information to adjust your warehouse operations. This table shows the time orders spent unpacked, broken down into individual stores. Use this table to determine which stores are underperforming on their warehouse operations.

Order status report
You can use the order status report to analyse orders that are not yet completed. Find out how many orders are waiting for pickup, or with a carrier. You can determine which percentage of your orders are waiting for completion, with which carriers, and from which store locations.

Total orders in status of non-completed orders
This graph shows the total number of orders in each uncompleted state. Use this graph to determine if you have a large number of orders waiting for pickup, if they are in transit to their destination, or might have had a failed delivery attempt.
