Important note on alcohol deliveries 

Legislation around alcohol deliveries made same day changed recently. Please take a read here.

  • A valid 18+ID must be provided by the receiver at the time of delivery. If the receiver does not have the relevant ID, the order will be returned to the sender at their expense
  • The driver undergoes specific training in order to deliver alcohol and reserves the right to refuse delivery due to insufficient ID
  • Authority to leave is not available with these types of deliveries.

Activation

If you're shipping simple freight, you can turn on Aramex NZ services today from within the Shippit UI. Simply activate Aramex AU NZ from within your carrier settings.

When using Shippit, you gain access to the below carrier service/s from within your Shippit settings:

  • Standard road express

1. Log into your Shippit account and go to Settings

Activating a BYO account

If you have your own BYO account to integrate, we'll need the below information to set up your account. Simply email this to configuration@shippit.com and we'll get you connected!

    • Shippit Store Name - The name of your merchant account
    • API Key- The API key provided by Aramex NZ
    • Aramex NZ Account Number- The account number provided to you by Aramex NZ
    • Aramex NZ Account Manager Details (if any) - Name, email and contact number

Please take note that we are only integrated with the Myfastway API. If you are using an older system or API then please work with your Aramex NZ Account Manager to transition onto the new Myfastway API.

Shipping high volumes or special goods?

This includes dangerous goods, alcohol, fragile, and restricted items.

You'll need approval before shipping, please contact our carrier operation team via support@shippit.com so they can get you started.

Those with high volumes daily will qualify for a regular pickup schedule with Aramex which our team can arrange for you.
