Shippit now allows you to set the status of an order to “On hold” so you can manage orders efficiently and prioritise orders based on fulfilment status. 

 

How do I set the status of an order to On hold? 

There are three ways to put an order on hold

  1. Through an orders ellipse menu

    1. Select the 3 dot ellipse menu for any order with a status of ‘New'.

    2. Select ‘Put order on hold’ to launch the confirmation modal.

    3. Select ‘Hold order' in the confirmation modal

    4. The order status should now change to ‘On hold' and you should see a green confirmation toast message in the top right of the screen.

  2. Through an orders status popover menu

    1. Select the status cell for any order with a status of ‘New'

    2. Select ‘On hold' status to launch the confirmation modal

    4. The order status should now change to ‘On hold' and you should see a green confirmation toast message in the top right of the screen.

 

How do I view orders that are On hold? 

  1. Orders on hold can be distinguished through the new Status column:

Filter and sort orders by order Status

  • Filter the standard orders table based on fulfilment ‘Status’

  • Sort the standard orders table based on fulfilment 'Status
