Use filters to sort orders

You can use filters across your Shippit account to find and sort your orders. Organise your orders in a way that works for you.

You can organise and sort your orders in your Shippit account using filters. Filters are available on all the main pages: the New Orders page, the Ready to Ship page, and the Track page.


Filter orders on the New Orders page

When you log in to your Shippit account, you are taken to the New Orders page. By default, this page shows all the orders in your account that have been placed, but not yet fulfilled. You can also import and manually create new orders from this screen.

You can use the controls on this page to find orders, and sort the list in a way that works best for your workflow.

Use the Filter orders field to show orders that contain specific search terms.

Use the Store field to show orders that have come from a specific store or stores.

Use the Carrier field to show orders that are assigned to a specific carrier or carriers.

Use the Status field to show orders that are currently in a specific status or statuses.

Use the Errors field to show orders that are showing a specific error or errors.

Use the Date field to show orders that were created during a specific date range.

Click Reset to reset your search terms and show all orders.

Click the Settings gear icon to customise your orders view.

You can sort the orders in the list by clicking the column header. Reverse the sort order by clicking it again.

By default, the New Orders page shows all orders. You can show only new orders, or only orders that are on hold, by selecting the appropriate tab at the top of the table.


Filter orders on the Ready to Ship Page

When you log in to your Shippit account, click Ready to Ship in the top menu to go to the Ready to Ship page. By default, this page shows all the orders in your account that have been picked and packed, and are ready for labelling and being booked for pickup by a carrier.

You can use the controls on this page to find orders that are waiting for pickup, and sort the list in a way that works best for your workflow.

Use the Store field to show orders that have come from a specific store or stores.

Use the Carrier field to show orders that are assigned to a specific carrier or carriers.

Use the Order Date field to show orders that were created during a specific date range.

Use the Labels field to show orders that are either labelled or unlabelled.

Click Reset Filter to reset your search terms and show all orders.

When you log in to your Shippit account, click Track in the top menu to go to the Track page. By default, this page shows all the orders in your account that have been booked with a carrier for delivery.

You can use the controls on this page to find orders that are waiting for delivery, and sort the list in a way that works best for your workflow.

Use the Store field to show orders that have come from a specific store or stores.

Use the Booked Date field to show orders that were booked during a specific date range.

Use the Status field to show orders that are currently in a specific status or statuses.

Use the Carrier field to show orders that are assigned to a specific carrier or carriers.

Click Reset Filter to reset your search terms and show all orders.
