Shippit will no longer be offering InXpress Domestic and InXpress International as carriers on our platform as of 11th of August 2023.
When is this happening?
As of Friday the 11th of August, the InXpress Domestic and International service will be removed from the Shippit platform. This means that you will no longer be able to see, or book with InXpress on Shippit from this date.
Our Customer Success Managers will contact those clients affected by this change to assist with alternative solutions and ensure their business continues with minimal operating impact.
What are my other Carrier options?
As a multi-carrier platform, Shippit partners with several other express domestic and international carriers who are well equipped to handle your freight profile. See below:

- TNT Overnight Express
- EParcel Express (BYO)
- DHL Express (BYO)
- Seko Logistics - Standard & Express
- DHL ECommerce - Express (BYO)
- EParcel International - Standard & Express (BYO)
Some of these carriers are available to toggle ON in the Shippit UI via settings > carriers. For other carriers that have specific requirements and limitations, including BYO accounts, you will need to contact firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance with activation.
