Please ensure your pets are secure and/or restrained so delivery drivers can access your property safely.

If it is unsafe to enter your property, the driver will take your goods back to the depot so you can arrange redelivery. If there is a collection point nearby, they may drop it here for collection instead.

If you have provided authority to leave without a signature, the driver will leave goods in the safest area they can find. Please make sure your pets cannot access the goods so there are no nasty surprises.
