Where to find the Delivery Support Launcher
Through your Shippit Track screen
To access the Delivery Support Launcher, click the down arrow on the relevant delivery and hit Get Help.
Through the individual delivery's Tracking Page
To access the Delivery Support Launcher, simply scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Get Help button below the tracking events.
What happens next?
Once you've submitted the support request, you'll automatically receive a confirmation email. Our team will then reach out with an update or to continue the conversation.
