Receiving a parcel
When your parcel is shipped from the sender, you should have received an email or SMS notification with tracking information. This tells you who is shipping your parcel, which carrier it is booked with, and provides an order status. You can use the links in this email to track your package as it moves through the delivery network.
Additionally, if you have the Shippit tracking number (it usually starts with PP followed by random letters and numbers), you can track your package using the track my package page on the Shippit website:
Sending a parcel
If you are sending a parcel, and you need to track a package, log in to your Shippit account, and navigate to the Track page. Locate the order in the list, and click the order number to open the order tracking page.
