This article is about upgrading your Shippit account, allowing you to take advantage of more features, or to increase your shipping volume. For more information about Shippit charges, see the plan costs article.
Before you upgrade
Your upgrade request takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle, depending on the specific upgrade and your current plan. Any changes to your billing are reflected on your next invoice.
Upgrading means you'll move to a higher-tiered plan with different pricing. Make sure you understand the costs associated with your new plan.
Review the features of the plan you're considering to ensure it meets all your business requirements.
Upgrade your account
If you are logged in to your Shippit account as a merchant, you can request an upgrade directly from your account.
Upgrading your account
Open the drop down menu in the top right of your screen, and click Billing Details. You need to be logged in as a Merchant to access this screen.
In the Subscriptions section, review the plan options, and select the plan you want to upgrade to.
Click Subscribe to request the update.
โ ๏ธ Important: If you can't see the Billing Details screen, make sure that you are logged in as a Merchant. If you need help, contact Shippit support or get in touch with your Shippit project manager.
