The Shippit settings page is your control panel to make sure that your Shippit account is working the way you need it to.
💡NOTE: Shippit is a highly configurable platform. Your version of the settings screen might look different, or have different options to those shown here. If you have any questions or concerns about different settings, get in touch.
To access your settings, log in to your Shippit account, open the drop down menu in the top right of your screen, and click Settings.
Company settings
If you are signed in to your Shippit account as a merchant, you can manage your company settings directly from the settings page. This includes company-wide branding, rules, and user settings.
User management
Use this section to manage the user accounts associated with your company. You can add, edit, and delete users from this screen.

Global branding
Use this section to manage the branding that Shippit uses for your company. This includes the colours and logos for your Shippit account, as well as the branding used on notifications that are sent out to your customers.

Company rules
Use this section to configure your company-wide rules. You can use company rules to automate shipping decisions and optimise your delivery workflows.

Webhook
Use this section to configure your mapped or raw data tracking webhooks.

Store settings
You can manage your store settings from the settings page. This includes your store information, branding and advertising, package allocation, and carrier settings.
General
Use this section to configure your general store information, including your contact details, pickup information, and opening hours.
Users
Use this section to add, remove, and edit users for your account.
Address book
Use this section to add and edit recipients in your address book. You can also import and export addresses from your address book.
Notifications
Use this section to configure the notifications sent to your customers as their packages move through the delivery network.

Use this section to configure and manage your ecommerce, WMS, and other integration settings.

International shipping
Use this section to configure your international customs and tax settings.

Branding settings

Use this section to configure banner ads on the tracking page that your customers see.
Package allocation
Use this section to configure your packaging settings, including your default package and pallet sizes, and allocation preferences.

Label and scan
Use this section to configure your label settings, and to determine what action occurs when you scan a label with a handheld scanner.

Add-on settings

Use this section to enable and configure your returns portal.
